2. The attached Sequence of Operations exhibit is hereby incorporated as a part of the scope of work.
3. A record of the pre-proposal conference is hereby provided in the form of the meeting agenda and attendance rosters.
4. A record of requests for information and the government responses to each is provided herein.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged The solicitation due date remains as September 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm central.
