This solicitation is for Replacement of Roof at DT Building and SAF Barracks.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about the last week of May 2025. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.
The Government is planning a mandatory site visit and pre-proposal conference. The date for this site visit and conference will be in the solicitation.
All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are required to register prior to the submittal of proposals.
