This project is to remove and install new AC system, ventilation system and roofing system building 104 Switchgear and Generator Rooms, Buckner Communication Site, Okinawa, Japan. Design and construction shall comply with the specifications and requirements contained in this Request for Proposal RFP. The design and technical criteria contained and cited in this FAR establishes the minimum standards for design and construction quality. Replace all existing deteriorated HVAC system. There are concerns that leaks could cause serious damage to the facility?s equipment. The purpose of this work is to stop the leakage and ensure the safety of facility equipment. The existing building and roof contains asbestos and lead TCLP material that must be safely removed. All design and construction activities shall strictly comply with the specifications and requirements set forth in this RFP, which establish the minimum design and technical quality standards.
