Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation will be based on Technical Approach, Past Performance, Experience, Technical Capability, and Cost Proposals.

Additional Notes
All work must comply with USACOE permit # SAJ-2000-03468. The government will remove the wooden boardwalk prior to contract start. Bidders must adhere to the prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits specified in Wage Determination FL20260111 for Duval County, Florida, for heavy construction projects.
