This is a sole source acquisition intended for Replit, Inc. to provide a 12-month subscription with four (4) additional one-year options. The platform is critical for the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (OCJCS) to sustain tools for real-time situational awareness and messaging, specifically supporting the Joint Staff Public Affairs (JSPA) Media Common Operating Picture (MCOP).
Purpose & Scope
The Government requires one (1) Replit AI Platform subscription, including proprietary AI-driven software agents, integrated cloud hosting, and a collaborative workspace. This platform enables non-technical personnel to transition natural language requirements into live, deployed applications, and is essential for autonomously designing, building, and deploying digital information analysis tools.
