Scope of Work

The requirement involves the construction of two distinct multi-story buildings:

  • Academic Training Center: Designed for F-35 program training, including classrooms, flight simulator spaces, conference rooms, and administrative areas.
  • Squadron Operations Facility: Providing administrative and support spaces for F-35 operations.

Both buildings will feature steel-framed construction with brick veneer, rigid insulation, and metal panel elements. They will include insulated windows, slab-on-grade foundations, and low-slope membrane roofs. Interior spaces will encompass lobbies, storage, break rooms, communications, mechanical, electrical, and janitorial facilities. The project also includes Building Information Systems, Fire Life Safety Systems, Electronic Security Systems, and Utility Control Systems. Sustainability measures are incorporated. Supporting facilities cover site development, utilities, lighting, paving, parking, landscaping, and storm drainage. Construction will adhere to Department of Defense Unified Facilities Criteria 1-200-01 and antiterrorism/force protection requirements (UFC 4-010-01).
