• Sellers must demonstrate capability to deliver the entire order within 60 days from award date or as pre-arranged.

• Documentation of authorization may be required.

• This is a Small Business set-aside.

• If unable to quote, please indicate and return the form.

• The government is not obligated to pay for preparation costs.

• Supplies are of domestic origin unless otherwise indicated.

• Deck & Layout: Hunt deck with transducer mount, dual drain plugs, 8-inch catwalks, center console with grab rails and cup holders, removable leaning post, 5 ft front deck with storage, 2 ft back deck with storage, HD Custom Seadek flooring (option for agency logo).
• Canopy & Exterior: Custom aluminum T-top with integrated law enforcement lights.
• Paint & Finish: Brown, green, or camouflage with satin finish for corrosion resistance and low visibility.

Propulsion & Performance:

• Motor: Yamaha F150 (20-inch shaft, 4-stroke outboard), capable of 30-35 mph top speed and 1,200 lbs. load capacity.
• Motor Rigging: Binnacle controls, electric trim, key/kill switch, steering wheel, hydraulic steering, smart tach, cables, hydraulic jack plate, and installation labor.
• Draft: Optimized for 8-10 inches loaded, capable of navigating 6-12 inch depths.

Electronics & Rigging:

• Navigation: Garmin ECHOMAP UHD2 93sv Chartplotter/Fishfinder Combo.
• Lighting: USCG-compliant bow/stern lights, courtesy lighting, removable light bar, 6 law enforcement lights around T-top.
• Electrical: 6-gang switch panel, 12V outlet, USB ports, voltmeter, marine-grade starting battery, 1100 GPH bilge pump, marine-grade tinned/shielded wiring.
• Safety: Fire extinguisher, PA system with siren.
• Fuel System: Flush deck fill, primer ball, fuel hose, fuel water separator, fuel gauge.
• Hardware: 4 stainless steel cleats, stainless steel locking lid latches.

Trailer Specifications:

• Type: Double-axle aluminum trailer with spare tire mount.
• Features: Flush-mounted submersible LED lights, 2-inch coupler, bow winch/strap, safety chain, swivel tongue jack, marine-grade carpet on bunks.

Delivery & Installation:

• Delivery: Prices quoted must be FOB Destination. "F.o.b. destination" means free of expense to the Government delivered on board the carrier's conveyance at a specified delivery point. Delivery location: Grand Bay NWR, Moss Point, MS OR Pickup from manufacturer.
• Installation: Prices quoted must include installation. All labor and parts for installation are the contractor's sole responsibility. Installation to be completed according to industry standards.
