Scope of Work

- A summary of past performance involving successful application of plural-component coatings on Department of War (DoW) or large-scale commercial vessels within the preceding 36 months.
- Identification of specific coating manufacturers and product lines (e.g., Sherwin-Williams, PPG, International) for which the facility has extensive application experience using plural-component delivery systems.
- Definition of Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols for continuous verification, monitoring, and formal documentation of volumetric mix ratios and fluid temperatures during application.
- Confirmation of whether applicators possess documented, formal training (such as OEM equipment training) specifically for operating and troubleshooting plural-component spray systems.
