Scope of Work
The required services, as outlined in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), include non-personal CRM Support for the DHA's CRM Branch. This encompasses:

- Administrative services
- Studies and analysis
- Business process improvement
- Information management for the DHA/CRM E-Commerce program
- Support for budgetary, financial accounting, systems support, pharmacy refunds, and improper payment oversight for centrally funded TRICARE Health Plan programs. The work involves monitoring program funds, assessing business requirements, maintaining financial transaction documentation, analyzing healthcare data, and supporting external compliance reviews.
Requested Information
Respondents must submit a two-section Capability Statement:
- Section 1 (Administrative Information): Company name, address, Point of Contact (POC), DUNS, CAGE CODE, NAICS Codes, business size status, GSA SINs, and available contracting vehicles.
- Section 2 (Requested Information - 10-page limit): Address requirements in Part 5 of the Draft PWS, demonstrate understanding of DHA's challenges, and propose solutions. Include responses to specific questions regarding company capabilities, risks, 8(a) certification status, and anticipated eligibility for an 8(a) competitive award in 2026.
