The scope also includes grounding systems, airfield lighting, fire alarm systems, Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, lightning protection, and cathodic protection systems. Ancillary civil engineering work may also be required. Work will be awarded via individual Task Orders (TOs) on an as-needed basis, with the contractor expected to handle 10-20 concurrent projects.
