• Teaming Arrangements: Details if proposing as a Joint Venture or other teaming.
• Market Feedback: Potential risks, challenges, or concerns.
• Compliance & Regulatory: Information on Project Labor Agreement (PLA) considerations (if applicable) and current CMMC certification status.
