- Submission: Unclassified White Papers (CUI acceptable) should include a Cover Sheet, Company Information (incorporation date, size, history, contact details, DUNS, Cage Code), and a Point of Contact. Proprietary information must be clearly identified and marked.
- Response Due: A statement of intent to respond and the full responses are both due 14 calendar days after posting (February 25, 2026).
- Eligibility: Foreign participation is not authorized. Export Control regulations (ITAR, EAR) apply, and a Certified DD Form 2345 is required for proposals. The small business size standard for NAICS code 334511 is 1,350 employees; respondents should indicate their socioeconomic classification.
