The government will arrange and execute equipment transportation. Equipment will not be powered on or assessed prior to packing.

Submission & Eligibility

- Eligibility: Foreign contractor participation is not permitted. All personnel must be U.S. Citizens. Responding to this RFI is not mandatory for future RFQ eligibility.
Security Requirements
The future contract will require stringent security compliance, as detailed in the draft Security Plan (Attachment 04), including:
- Adherence to NISPOM / 32 CFR Part 117 and NSA/CSS Policy Manual 9-12.
- Facility Security Clearance (FCL) and Personnel Security Clearance (PCL).
- Use of NSA Evaluated Products List (EPL) approved equipment for destruction (e.g., degaussing for HDDs, disintegration for SSDs/flash).
- Secure handling and chain of custody, including secure transport and meticulous documentation (DD Form 254, Certificate of Destruction).
- The contractor's destruction facility must be located within 200 miles of Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
