Scope of Work
This RFI seeks information on capabilities related to:
- Development and Acquisition: Identification, design, build, and purchase of Specialized Test Equipment (STE), Test Program Sets (TPS), and Interface Test Adapters (ITAs) for depot-level hardware testing and repair.
- F-15EX Rudder Actuator: Repair and maintenance of the F-15EX Rudder Servoactuator, including associated parts/spares and rights to technical data.
- Depot Stand-up: Development of a plan for depot stand-up, maximizing utilization of existing F-15 legacy capabilities.
- Training: Provision of training for USAF Maintenance Technicians on the test and repair of these units.
Submission Requirements
Interested parties should submit an unclassified White Paper (CUI acceptable) that includes:
