- Software and IT Capabilities: Operating system of the controller, network connectivity requirements, and stand-alone/air-gapped operation capability.
- Additional Requirements: Availability of installation, operation, and maintenance manuals; details on installation services (on-site commissioning, operator training); and estimated shipping details/costs.
Submission Guidelines
Interested businesses should submit a capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 x 11-inch pages, 10-point font minimum, bullet format) demonstrating their ability to provide the required products/systems. Submissions must include:
