Purpose & Scope

The government is looking for capabilities to support a scalable shared services model on OCI, driving efficiency, integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), implementing DevSecOps, fostering collaboration, spearheading innovation, ensuring 24/7/365 operational availability, streamlining service management, and ensuring Continuity of Operations and Disaster Recovery.
Key Requirements

Anticipated Contract Details
While this is an RFI, the anticipated Period of Performance for a future contract is one (1) base year with four (4) one-year options, plus a six (6)-month Extension of Services. The Product Service Code is DA01 (Support Services for Application Development and Support).

Interested parties are requested to detail their corporate experience, strategic approach, and capacity to perform work of this scope and complexity. Specific information requested includes experience with prime contracts, automation, enterprise-level common services on OCI, 24/7/365 support, personnel clearances, risk identification for OCI, recommendations for various Oracle products, SOC1 Type 2 compliance, data migration strategies, archive/purge strategies, security posture, examples of large-scale project collaboration, suitable contract vehicles (GWACs, IDIQs), AI implementation, ERP customization approach, and maximum concurrent user support.
