Air Force Nuclear Weapon Center (AFNWC) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Systems Directorate (SD), in support of the ICBM Development, Operations and Sustainment Information Technology (IT) effort is seeking information from interested companies regarding industry's ability to propose to draft requirements, address Government's questions, and offer suggestions for improvement.  Also, the Government requests companies to suggest viable contract strategies/vehicles to ensure the requirements are successfully met.
