RESPONSE: Sole source work to Telefonica is limited to outside plant communications, which does not require a US security clearance.

2. QUESTION: Is there a section of work under the bigger proect (Military Construction Project P621) which requires a US security clearance?

RESPONSE: Yes. This work is specified in the specifications, section 01 14 00 Work Restrictions.
