- Capabilities: Confirmation of capability to meet the draft SOO, description of proposed solution(s) and operational applications, connectivity and offline capabilities, integration with POS, BOH, and ESM workflows, payment processor compatibility and PCI compliance, sustainment model, lifecycle expectations, training requirements, constraints, dependencies, limitations, examples of innovative applications, and high-level non-binding pricing structures.
