Scope of Information Sought
PM ICO seeks information on OTH-S capabilities that can provide persistent, long-range sensing independent of national and theater assets, capable of detecting adversary surface targets at extended ranges in all-weather conditions. The OTH-S will inform joint kill chains and provide an organic long-range collection capability for the SiF. Respondents should demonstrate proven capability to meet the requirements detailed in Attachment 01 – OTH-S Required Capabilities.
