REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR BASE OPERATIONS SUPPORT (BOS) SERVICES, JOINT REGION MARIANAS (JRM), GUAM. This is a Request for Information (RFI) announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls will be accepted requesting a bid package or solicitation because there is no bid package or solicitation available. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made.
Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific, Services Contracts Division, is seeking information on establishing a bridge contract (up to 24 months) for Base Operations Support (BOS) services for Joint Region Marianas (JRM), Guam.
Guam, the largest and southernmost island of the Marianas archipelago, is the westernmost possession of the United States.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210. The applicable size standard is $38.5 million.
The proposed BOS contract will include the following requirements/Annexes:
0100000 General Information, 0200000 Management and Administration, 0600000 Port Operations, 0700000 Ordnance, 1000000 Supply Material Management, Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), 1501000 Facility Management, 1502000 Investment, Restoration and Modernization (SRM), 1502A000 SRM AAFB, 1602000 Electrical, 1605000 Wastewater, 1606000 Steam, Demineralized Water, 1607000 Potable Water, 1700000 Base Support Vehicles and Equipment (BSVE), 170000A BSVE AAFB and 1800000 Environmental Services.
No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Respondents will not be notified of the results of this RFI. However, NAVFAC Pacific will utilize the information for acquisition planning purposes. All data received in response to this RFI Notice marked or designated, as corporate or proprietary information will be fully protected from release outside the Government.
