Scope of Work
This RFI seeks industry input for lifecycle sustainment of current and future Traditional and Air Force Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) based VTC, AV, and IT hardware systems. Services are required across ICBM Directorate Operating Locations in the Continental United States (CONUS), specifically at Hill Air Force Base, UT. The scope includes consulting, design, end-to-end maintenance (tier 3 support, decommissioning, lifecycle replacement), and procurement using a Pricing Catalogue.
Key Requirements
