Purpose & Scope
NAVSUP WSS Philadelphia aims to improve the confidence level between predicted and observed demand values and enhance analytics for Aviation Depot Level Repairables (DLRs) and consumable items. The RFI seeks information on:
- Predictive Methodology: Details on quantitative or qualitative models used to forecast demand.
- Data Integration: Ability to interface with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and incorporate variables such as flying hours, aircraft type/model/series, and historical demand. Solutions should run on specified standalone laptop configurations (32GB RAM, Intel Core 7, 2TB NVMe SSD, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS).
- Training and Support: Capability to provide one-site in-person training to the NAVSUP WSS workforce on forecasting methodology, and virtual technical assistance for up to one year.
