Potential sites range from 170 to 3500 acres, located both inside and outside the installation fence line.
Lease Structure & Requirements
This RFI pertains to a potential EUL under Title 10 USC Section 2667. The Government will receive cash and/or in-kind consideration (IKC) equivalent to the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the leased land; no financial assistance or guarantees will be provided by the Government.
Respondents must provide:

- Preferred location and acreage requirements.
- Detailed proposed concept, including development type, square footage, and for housing components: unit mix, target demographic, rental rates, and amenities.
- Financing structure and sources.
