Fit reasons
- NAICS alignment with historical contract wins in similar service areas.
- Scope strongly matches core technical capabilities and delivery model.
Risks
- Past performance thresholds may require one additional teaming partner.
- Potential clarification needed on staffing minimums before bid/no-bid.
Next steps
Validate eligibility requirements, assign capture owner, and schedule partner outreach to confirm teaming strategy before submission planning.
The Government requires consumable ECL multiplex assay kits with the following specifications:
- Primary Function: Identification of microbial toxins, including (at a minimum) Ricin, Botulinum, and Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB).
- Antibody Compatibility: Must support the use of government-furnished antibodies for both capture and detection of antigens.
- Analyzer Compatibility: Must be compatible with Meso Scale Diagnostics (MSD) PR2 1800 and/or SQ 120 analyzers.
See attachment for further information.
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for market research and planning purposes only. This is not a solicitation (RFP, RFQ, or IFB), and the Government does not intend to award a contract based on the responses.
