This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the qualifications for procurement of system to identify Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues on both a proactive and reactive basis and to provide viable recommendations to Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) to resolve those issues. Additionally, the contractor shall load final resolutions to DMSMS issues into the software tool that may be used by US Government Country managers supporting the RSAF. Additionally, the contractor’s DMSMS tool shall be capable of identifying Technical Orders errors in part nomenclature and Source Material Recovery (SMR) codes and providing a built-in form to correct these errors.
