The contractor will provide day-to-day technical and operational support, systems engineering, and life cycle management services. This includes 24x7 Level I support and on-call Level II/III support for mission-essential systems.
Key Systems & Requirements
DeCA's environment includes archaic programming languages (COBOL, AcuCOBOL, PL-SQL, SQL-Forms) and proprietary tools, with over 4000 custom COBOL processes. Key systems requiring support include:
- DeCA Interactive Business System (DIBS): COBOL-based resale automated business system.
- Standard Automated Voucher Examination System (SAVES): COBOL GUI-based application for contracting and bill paying.
- DeCA Electronic Records Management and Archive System – Refresh (DERMAS-R) and Task Management System (TMS): Core systems for government records and suspense management.
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI): Core system for electronic ordering, receiving, and pricing with vendors.

Response Requirements
