Scope of Work

The requirement involves providing and installing a complete air compressor system that will integrate with existing compressors at RIA-JMTC. The system will compress, dry, and supply air to multiple buildings. Key components include:

  • Ingersoll-Rand Air Compressor: Model RS220IE-A125, minimum 300 HP, 1582 cfm capacity, 115 psig pressure, NEMA Premium efficiency motor, XS-Series or equivalent remote intelligent control, and an on-board IoT platform.
  • Ingersoll-Rand Air Dryer: Model DA3000JNVCA40G000, minimum 6.8 HP, 1800 cfm capacity, utilizing centrifugal separation, maintaining ISO Class 4 quality air.
  • Ingersoll-Rand Oil-Water Separator: Model AS180 PolySep, minimum 1800 cfm capacity, capable of withdrawing and absorbing lubricant.
  • Installation: Contractor is responsible for delivery, installation, and set-up. RIA-JMTC will prepare the foundation surface and provide utilities (electrical, compressed air, water) to a single point. Equipment must meet specific size and weight constraints for facility access (e.g., pass through a 14x12ft door, weigh no more than 20,000 lbs per piece, fit within a 10x15ft area with 10ft max height).
  • Training: Provide operation and maintenance training for two RIA-JMTC personnel.
  • General Requirements: Equipment must be new, unused, standard products, with all units and documentation in English-US system. Unique Identification (UID) registration is required. Compliance with all applicable safety, security, and environmental regulations is mandatory, including personnel background checks and AT Level I Awareness training.
