  • Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) & Life Cycle Costs: ROM costs for platforms and standard sensor packages, along with life cycle cost drivers (fuel, maintenance, spares, training).
  • Maintenance & Support: Recommended maintenance concepts, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), spare parts availability, operator/maintainer training, and technical support approach.
  • Regulatory & Operational Considerations: Insights into challenges and recommendations for a governance framework for USVs.
