- Specifications & Performance: Detailed technical data on dimensions, propulsion, payload capacity, seakeeping, autonomy (including COLREGS compliance), Command and Control (C2) systems, sensors, and hull types.
- Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) & Life Cycle Costs: ROM costs for platforms and standard sensor packages, along with life cycle cost drivers (fuel, maintenance, spares, training).
- Maintenance & Support: Recommended maintenance concepts, Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), spare parts availability, operator/maintainer training, and technical support approach.
- Regulatory & Operational Considerations: Insights into challenges and recommendations for a governance framework for USVs.
