Description: The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is seeking information from Industry regarding capabilities and potential solutions that could potentially satisfy the general objectives of the H2FMS requirement. The vision for H2FMS is to provide a comprehensive and integrated approach to managing Soldier health and well-being, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive performance optimization. To meet H2F strategic objectives, the Army requires a single software tool capability that can economically scale human performance teams (HPTs) across the force and manage the application of those HPT experts.
