Submission Requirements
Interested businesses shall submit a brief capabilities statement package, not exceeding ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages (font no smaller than 10 point), demonstrating their technology and its current Technology Readiness Level (TRL)/Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL). If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Submissions must be electronic, in Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), sent via email to Kadeem Edwards at kadeem.a.edwards.civ@army.mil. The synopsis number must be referenced in the email subject line and on all enclosed documents.
