ACC-DTA is interested in understanding the capabilities and qualifications of various members of the community, including small businesses.
Information Requested from Vendors
Interested firms should provide a statement of qualifications and capability, including:
- Firm's name, address, DUNS number, and CAGE Code (valid SAM registration is mandatory).
- Point of Contact (name, phone number, and email address).
- Company's business size status (small or large, including Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, verifiable in SAM).
- A summary of the item's commercial availability.
- A summary of the company's expertise in manufacturing the part.
- A summary of the company's delivery capability and timeframe.
- A summary of the place of performance and required period of performance.
- Confirmation if NAICS Code 336120 is appropriate for the requested items.
- References to relevant contracts performed (scope, quantity manufactured, contract number, and point of contact with phone number).
