Scope of Work
The Sentinel Program requires expert-level contractor support in:
- Primavera P6 Scheduling Management: Development and maintenance of a 70,000+ line IMS using Primavera P6 EPPM, including critical path analysis, data integration with Earned Value Management (EVM) systems, and user support.
- Oracle Database Administration (DBA): Management, maintenance, security, and optimization of the Oracle database environment hosting Primavera P6, ensuring compliance with DoD security standards (STIGs, SRGs).
- Master Planner and Strategic Support: Development and synchronization of program-level IMS, quantitative schedule risk assessments (SRA), "what-if" scenario modeling, and baseline change management.
- ACAT 1D Program Support: Providing scheduling and planning input for key acquisition documents, supporting program milestone reviews, and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).
- Reporting and Governance: Developing executive-level dashboards, responding to data calls, and supporting governance bodies.
Key personnel require a SECRET / SAP security clearance. Primary performance for key personnel is onsite at Hill Air Force Base, UT, with other positions potentially hybrid or remote with quarterly travel.
