Quick Summary
The Executive Office of the President (EOP) Office of Administration (OA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) to identify contractors capable of providing Space Planning Data Management Software On-Prem Installation and Support Services. This RFI aims to gather information for a new integrated workplace management system to modernize EOP's campus planning and space utilization processes. This is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses are due March 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT.
Scope of Work
The EOP OA seeks capabilities for implementing a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) space data management and planning software on-premise. This includes providing equipment, server configuration, licenses, and services for a fully functional integrated workplace management system. Key deliverables involve updates, maintenance, support services, patching, upgrades, and software assurance. Configuration services are also required, encompassing drawing and data preparation, data upload, system setup, report/dashboard building, business rule definition, testing, training, and implementation. The solution must be on-premise, in a Kubernetes or Docker containerization format, and meet White House Information Technology (WHIT) security standards, including Single Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based permissions.
