Evaluation & Submission Requirements
Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Proposals will be evaluated as 'acceptable' or 'unacceptable' based on:
- Past Experience: Minimum of three relevant projects in the last three years.
- Past Performance: Minimum of three Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSS) with an average score of 3.5 or more. CSS forms (J-5) must be submitted directly to the FAA Contracting Officer by July 1, 2026, not by the bidding company. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and no exclusions at the time of submission. The RFO number, 697DCK-26-R-00013, must be clearly referenced. Bidders must complete the provided price schedule (J-2) and Contractor Staffing Access Questionnaire (J-4). Multiple Wage Determinations (J-3 series) are provided and must be reviewed for labor cost calculations.
