• Anticipated Oral Solicitation Date: June 15, 2026.

• Evaluation will be based on technical solution and price. The technical solution will be rated acceptable if it meets all technical elements and delivery timeframe. OEM specifications will be reviewed.

• Price will be determined for fair and reasonableness.

• Quotes will be ordered from lowest to highest price.

• The government will evaluate until one quote is technically acceptable.

• Contractor responsibility will be conducted prior to award.

• 100% Small Business Set Aside.

• All companies must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

• FAR RFO Provision 52.212-1 applies, with an addendum revising the price firm period to 60 calendar days.

• Vendors must identify any exceptions to RFQ terms and conditions with supporting rationale. Unacceptable exceptions may render a quote ineligible for award.

• The acquisition leverages the Government Purchase Card (GPC) expanded use program. Companies agreeing to this cannot charge for freight for FOB Destination orders or for GPC utilization fees.
