- Tongs: Must lift 10 lb dynamic and static loads, with a minimum 3.5" opening and 30 lb gripping force.
- Friction: Maximum linear friction of 2.0 lb (Z-axis) and rotational friction of 7.0 lb-in (Roll), 5.0 lb-in (Pitch), and 5.0 lb-in (Twist).
- Rigidity: Maximum rotational deflection not to exceed 5.0 degrees under a 20 lb load. Special requirements include exposed remote end parts made of aluminum or stainless steel, radiation-resistant lubricants (minimum 100 mega-rads), motion locks with tamper options, NRTL-listed electrical components, and an NQA-1 compliant Quality Assurance program.

Evaluation & Submission
