- One Central Monitoring Station: Complete with hardware (two desktops, monitors) and software, to be installed at the U.S. Embassy Phnom Penh.
- Twenty Wireless Intrusion Detection & Security Alarm System Stations plus CAMS: To be installed at residences in Phnom Penh.
Key Technical Requirements
The system must be professional-grade, completely wireless (with optional hybrid wired capability), support a minimum of 100 zones, and meet Grade 2 (preferably Grade 3) intrusion detection standards. Key features include rapid installation (~2 minutes per device), secure encrypted communication, up to 1,700m line-of-sight wireless range, frequency hopping, automatic jam detection, two-way communication, dual infrared motion detection, near-zero false alarms, pet immunity, photo verification, encrypted image transfer, indoor/outdoor sirens, mobile applications (iOS/Android), real-time notifications, central monitoring integration, event logging, and offline operation. Devices must have tamper detection, anti-masking protection, device authentication, and 5+ year battery life with low battery alerts. Eligibility
