Scope of Work

This includes preparing Breakfast (7:00-9:30 AM), Lunch (11:00 AM-1:30 PM), and Dinner (5:00-7:30 PM). Responsibilities also cover cleaning the kitchen, dishes, and appliances after each meal. Food ingredients will be purchased separately by the Mess NCO. Key personnel must include an MSG Detachment Cook with a minimum of 3 years' experience.

Contract Details

This will be a Fixed-Price contract with a period of performance consisting of one base year and four (4) one-year options to renew. Offerors must include Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance premium costs in their proposals. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be priced as a separate line item.
