Scope of Work
The requirement is for three (3) Side-by-Side UTVs designed for off-road use in challenging environments, including snow, rain, and thick vegetation. The UTVs will be used for security patrols on unpaved roads and shorelines.
Key Specifications include:
- Engine & Performance: 999cc gasoline engine, 25 MPH top speed, 2,000 lb towing capacity, 350 lb payload capacity (6-person), 4WD/Automatic transmission, and a 100-mile fuel range.
- Physical & Dimensional: Overall size approximately 135x64x80 inches, cargo bed 22x53.7x11 inches, and 12-inch ground clearance.
- Features: Must include a Rollover Protection System (ROPS) meeting SAE standards, seatbelts for all seats, full windshield, hard roof, half doors, standard lighting, rear-view mirrors, all-terrain tires, and power steering. Winch and tow hitch are not required.
- Compliance: Vehicles must be street legal and include a Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin, Bill of Sale, Operator & Service Manuals in English, and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all fluids.
