• Unit Price per Sample: Bidders must provide a unit price for each of the three specified panels: Protein Metabolism, Inflammation, and Immune Response.

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide Olink ® assays conducted by an Olink ® certified service provider for the Military Nutrition Division at the U.S. Army Research Institute of Environmental Medicine (USARIEM). The goal is to analyze up to 88 biological samples for targeted protein metabolism, inflammation, and immune response panels.

• Provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to perform Olink ® assays.

• Analyze up to 88 de-identified biological samples using Olink ® technology.

• Perform three specific Olink ® panel analyses (Metabolism, Inflammation, Immune Response) for each sample.

• Maintain cold chain receipt and storage of samples at -80℃.

• Plate all three panels from a single aliquot per sample, adhering to a single freeze/thaw cycle.

• Run positive and negative controls, along with calibrators, on each plate.

• Deliver analyzed results in Excel or a similar program, reporting normalized protein expression values (NPXs).

• Return any remaining samples to USARIEM, maintaining cold chain logistics.

• Contractor must be an Olink Certified Service Provider.

• Contractor must develop and maintain an effective Quality Control (QC) program.

• Government will evaluate performance per the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).

• All data produced belongs to the government and must be delivered to USARIEM.

• Period of Performance: 15 August 2026 – 14 August 2027

• Place of Performance: Contractor’s laboratory

• Contractor must be an Olink Certified Service Provider.

• No government-furnished property, equipment, or facilities will be provided, except for the biological samples.

• Contractor is responsible for all shipping arrangements and expenses for returning samples.

• All work is unclassified.
