  • Required enclosures include a Draft Contract, Reps and Certs, Quotation Pricing Sheet, Vendor ACH Authorization Form, W-9 Form (Domestic) or W-8 Form (Foreign), and potentially a Subcontracting Plan Waiver.
  • Quotes must remain valid for 90 days.
