Scope of Work

- Chemical Analysis: Covering physical parameters, inorganic chemicals, heavy metals, organic compounds, and disinfection by-products as per SANS 241. All services must adhere to SANS 241 (South African National Standard for Drinking Water) and Department of State requirements. The quoted price must be all-inclusive for sampling, transportation, analysis, and reporting for all 33 properties.
Eligibility & Requirements
Vendors must possess at least five (5) years of proven water quality testing/laboratory services experience and demonstrate completion of at least five (5) similar-scale projects within the past five years, supported by contactable references. The contracted laboratory must be accredited for SANS 241 testing and provide a Statement of Conformity for all samples.
Contract Details
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) leading to a Purchase Order award. The selection will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer, with the possibility of award without discussions. Payment will be made via EFT within 30 days of service delivery and receipt of a proper invoice; no advance payments are permitted. The U.S. Consulate cannot sign external contracts or T&Cs; submission implies agreement to waive conflicting terms.
