Scope of Work

This will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer. The Government reserves the right to award based on initial offers without discussions. Payment will be made via EFT within 30 days of delivery and receipt of a proper invoice; no advance payments are permitted. Applicable clauses are detailed in the "Overseas PO – Commercial Items" attachment, including FAR and DOSAR provisions, and cybersecurity requirements.
Eligibility & Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must demonstrate:
- At least five (5) years of experience in electrical installation, generator systems, or similar infrastructure projects.
- Completion of at least three (3) comparable projects within the past five (5) years.
- Proven experience with generator integration, electrical distribution systems, and ATS.
- References are required.
A mandatory site visit will be held on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Prospective offerors must confirm attendance by May 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM, providing full name, ID number, contact, and vehicle details for entry.
Proposals must include a company profile, technical approach, relevant project experience and references, proposed schedule, and firm-fixed-price quotation.
