This document is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6. It serves as the sole solicitation, and no separate written solicitation will be issued. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price purchase order for software, to the lowest-priced offeror that meets minimum specifications.

• The procurement is for software.

• Offerors must be a manufacturer or authorized reseller of the software.

• If a reseller, unique item numbers must be submitted with the OEM part/product numbers.

• Offerors must complete and return Appendix 1.

• The product must comply with designated Section 508 compliance items, specifically 1194.21 (Software Applications and Operating Systems), 1194.41 (Information, Documentation and Support), and potentially others listed.

• All software terms and conditions, and any seller terms and conditions, must be submitted with the offer.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price

• Period of Performance: 5/5/2026 through 5/4/2027

• Estimated Value: $47.0M (small business size standard)

• Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov).

• Quotes must be submitted to Connor Dunaway and Matthew A. Hoffman.

• Submission Deadline: April 6, 2026, no later than 12:00 PM EST.

• Evaluation will be based on FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation – Commercial Items.

• Offerors must include CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and Tax ID Number.

• Solicited as Sole Source.

• Small Business Size Standard: $47.0M

• This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through March 2026.

• Offerors are encouraged to include a commercial price list with their quote if available.
