The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Research and Development Center (RDC) requires Information Technology Operations and Maintenance (ITOM) support services. The contractor will provide IT help desk support, system and network administration, and technical support for desktop computers, laptops, servers, applications, networks, and Coast Guard standard and non-standard hardware/software. Services also include support for R&D projects, office automation, MS SharePoint site development, and cloud-based operations. The period of performance includes a 30-day overlap for transition of key personnel. The contractor must be able to ensure continuity of operations, possess knowledge of USCG systems, and meet credentialing requirements for access.
