Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive clinical, scientific, analytical, planning, and operational support. This includes subject matter expertise in clinical quality, clinical research, translational science, and biomedical program operations. Key services involve:
- Supporting the development, coordination, and documentation of clinical and scientific activities for intramural and extramural research.
- Assisting with administration and evaluation of scientific programs, and guidance to grant applicants.
- Planning and coordinating complex projects, generating research impact summaries (e.g., on Parkinson's disease).
- Supporting translational research programs, including drug discovery and development strategy.
- Providing analytical and operational support for consolidating scientific, management, and research administration services to gain efficiencies. Work may be performed remotely and/or at NIH facilities. All tasks must comply with NIH policies, federal regulations, HHS Cybersecurity, information security, privacy, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
