Scope of Work
This contract provides comprehensive medical and dental services to support the Military Departments' efforts in meeting IMR standards, deployment health initiatives, and Force Health Protection (FHP) requirements. Services include:
- Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) services
- Deployment readiness medical services
- Physical exams (accession, retention, occupational health, specialty)
- Reserve Component (RC) dental exams and limited dental treatment
Services are delivered through three modalities: in-clinic (contractor network), virtual, and group events. All services require documentation within the Data Exchange Platform, which updates over fourteen Service Components' electronic databases. Beneficiaries include the RC, TRICARE Prime Remote (TPR) (Army, Navy, Marine Corps), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Coast Guard (active duty and Reserve) Service Members, and re-deploying DoD civilians.
