This solicitation is for janitorial services at the Reserve Ranger District, Gila National Forest, Catron County, New Mexico. The services are required for approximately 9,000 square feet of office space and related areas.

• Janitorial services including cleaning of offices, restrooms, common areas, and outdoor facilities.

• Services to be performed five days a week, with specific hours depending on the season (17:30-21:00 Mon-Fri Oct-Apr; 17:30-21:00 Sun-Fri May-Sep).

• Cleaning is not required on federal holidays.

• Contractor must provide all necessary personal supplies and equipment not furnished by the government.

• Government will provide specific janitorial supplies and equipment.

• Bio-based products are required to the extent reasonably available, meeting agency or industry performance standards and pricing.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (March 23, 2026 - March 22, 2027) with four (4) option years.

• Option Years: Each option year is for one year, extending the period of performance up to March 22, 2031.

• The Government reserves the right not to award option years.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.

• Offers must include past performance, a technical proposal (max 4 pages), and a price proposal.

• Offer Due Date: October 10, 2025, by 17:00 Mountain Time.

• Questions Due Date: October 2, 2025, by 17:00 Mountain Time.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government.

• Technical Acceptability will be rated as acceptable or unacceptable.

• Past Performance will be evaluated as Acceptable, Neutral, or Unacceptable.

• NAICS Code: 561720 (Janitorial Services).

• Set Aside: 100.00% for Small Business.
