• Cleaning: Standard and light cleaning of all designated spaces (bedrooms, restrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, windows, balconies, fire escapes, bathrooms, furniture, walls, ceilings, porches, patios). Optional steam cleaning may also be required.
• Welcome Kit Set-up: Services related to setting up welcome kits.
• Supplies & Equipment: The contractor must provide all necessary janitorial supplies and equipment.
• Personnel: Contractor employees must wear clean, neat uniforms and possess basic English communication skills.

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ).
• Period of Performance: One base year with two one-year option periods.
• Minimum Order Value: 10,000 THB per year.
• Maximum Order Value: 3,300,000 THB per year.
• Payment: In U.S. Dollars for U.S. firms; local currency for foreign firms. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be priced as a separate line item.

• Format: English, Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. Each file must not exceed 25MB; submissions exceeding this limit must be sent in separate emails.
• Required Documents: SF-1449, Section 1 (Pricing), Section 5 (Representations and Certifications), additional information as required in Section 3, and proof of SAM Registration.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be based on the lowest price and technical acceptability, considering past performance and experience. Responsibility determination will assess financial resources, ability to comply, business ethics, organization, experience, skills, equipment, and facilities.
